These Terms govern the services provided by Best Chance Air Services, LLC (Florida License No. CAC1822887) and your use of this website. By requesting or accepting service, you agree to them. A signed proposal, work order, or membership agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are free and given after we assess the equipment. Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An estimate covers the work described in it; conditions that could not reasonably be seen during the assessment — concealed damage, code issues, undersized ductwork, electrical deficiencies — may require a change order. We will tell you before performing work that exceeds the approved amount.

Scheduling and Access

Appointment windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, emergency calls, and parts availability can affect timing. You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment, including clearing obstructions, securing pets, and having an adult 18 or older present when required. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip charge may apply.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law. If we have to pursue collection, you are responsible for reasonable costs and attorney fees. Returned payments may incur a fee.

Workmanship and Warranty

We warrant our labor against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your invoice or proposal. Equipment and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only; we pass through those terms and do not extend them. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage from misuse, neglect, missed maintenance, power events, pests, flooding, storm damage, work performed by others, or equipment we did not install. Manufacturer warranties often require registration and documented annual maintenance — keeping those current is your responsibility.

Membership Programs

Comfort Club and Commercial Protect are monthly subscription programs. The following applies to both:

• Membership bills monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Benefits — maintenance visits, repair discounts, diagnostic fee treatment, priority scheduling — are as described on the membership page at the time you enrol.
• Maintenance visits must be scheduled by you and used within the membership year. Unused visits do not roll over and are not refundable.
• Discounts apply to work performed by us while the membership is active and in good standing. They do not apply retroactively and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Membership covers the number of systems and the property identified at enrolment. Additional systems require additional coverage.
• VIP Protection is limited in number. When capacity is reached, new enrolment is waitlisted.
• You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not pro-rate partial months.
• If a payment fails and is not cured, benefits pause and the membership may be cancelled.
• We may change pricing or benefits with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may incur a trip charge. Special-order parts and equipment are generally non-returnable once ordered; deposits on them may be non-refundable.

Refrigerant, Permits and Code

Refrigerant handling, permitting, and inspections are performed in accordance with EPA regulations and applicable Florida and local building codes. Where a permit is required, it is pulled under our license and inspection scheduling may affect job timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, spoiled goods, mold remediation, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions, equipment we did not install, or failure to perform recommended repairs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before filing any action, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any action that proceeds shall be brought in the state courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and the version in effect when you accept a proposal governs that job.
