Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bestchanceairservices.com , requesting a quote, scheduling service, receiving HVAC work, or enrolling in our SMS marketing program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and anyone who engages with Best Chance Air Services in any capacity.

HVAC Services

Best Chance Air Services provides residential and commercial HVAC services including air conditioning repair, installation, maintenance, heating system services, and related work throughout Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, and Orange Counties in Florida.

We are a licensed HVAC contractor in the State of Florida (License No. CAC1822887). All work is performed by qualified technicians in compliance with applicable Florida building codes and regulations.

Scope of Work

The scope of any service will be defined in a written estimate or service agreement before work begins. Any work beyond the agreed scope requires your authorization. We will not perform unauthorized additional work without your express consent.

Estimates & Pricing

Free Estimates

We provide free estimates for HVAC installation and replacement projects. Estimates are based on our on-site assessment and are not binding quotes until confirmed in writing.

Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic or service call fee may apply for repair visits and will be communicated to you before we dispatch a technician. If you proceed with the recommended repair, this fee may be applied toward the total cost — ask your technician for details.

Price Changes

If unforeseen conditions discovered during service affect the cost, we will notify you before proceeding with work that increases the quoted price. You have the right to decline additional work at any time.

Scheduling & Access

Appointments

We make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window and will notify you of any delays. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property, HVAC equipment, and electrical panels as needed to perform the service safely.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Property Authorization

By scheduling service, you confirm you have the authority to authorize HVAC work at the property, or have obtained the necessary authorization from the property owner.

Payment Terms

Payment at Completion

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. A deposit may be required for larger installation projects before work begins.

Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Financing

Financing may be available for qualifying equipment installations through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval. Best Chance Air Services is not responsible for the terms or decisions of third-party financing providers.

Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work completed, contact us within 7 days of the service date and we will work to make it right at no additional charge. This applies to workmanship and does not cover pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the service performed.

Labor Warranty

Our labor is warranted for 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranties are void if the system is modified, improperly used, or serviced by another contractor after our work.

Parts & Equipment Warranty

New equipment and parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

SMS Marketing Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS marketing program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Receive SMS: You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Best Chance Air Services at the number provided. These may include promotional offers, service reminders, appointment confirmations, company updates, and other relevant information. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 7 messages per month depending on service activity and active campaigns.
3. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Rates may vary domestically and internationally.
4. Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further promotional SMS will be sent. You may still receive transactional messages. You can also opt out by calling (386) 748-3722 or emailing sales@bestchanceairservices.com .

6. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. If under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
7. No Guarantees on Delivery: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in SMS transmission due to network issues, carrier conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Best Chance Air Services is fully licensed and insured. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or defects in your HVAC system or property
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including loss of use, income, or property spoilage due to equipment failure)
• Damage caused by third parties, weather events, power fluctuations, or factors outside our control
• Failure of equipment or parts beyond our applicable warranty period
• Delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier or network issues

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. By using it, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, use automated scraping tools without written permission, or impair website functionality in any way.

Intellectual Property
