Privacy Policy

Best Chance Air Services, LLC ("Best Chance Air Services," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, request service, or use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who We Are

Best Chance Air Services, LLC is a licensed HVAC contractor (Florida License No. CAC1822887) located at 640 Lake Drive, DeLand, Florida 32724. We serve Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, and Orange Counties. You can reach us at (386) 748-3722 or sales@bestchanceairservices.com.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Name, service address, billing address, phone number, and email address
• Details about your HVAC equipment and the problem you are experiencing
• Appointment history, service records, and photographs of work performed
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our systems
• Membership enrollment details if you join Comfort Club or Commercial Protect
• Anything you include in a call, text message, web form, or email to us

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site and understand how it is used

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, perform, and document HVAC services at your property
• To provide quotes and estimates and to communicate about your job
• To bill you and to administer recurring membership billing
• To send appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, and maintenance reminders
• To respond to questions and service requests
• To meet legal, licensing, warranty, and tax obligations
• To improve our services and, where permitted, to tell you about offers that may interest you

Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments, technician arrival, quotes, invoices, and service reminders. If you separately opt in, we may also text you promotional offers.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except subcontractors and vendors that help us deliver the messaging service, and those vendors are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop transactional messages about work you have scheduled with us.

Phone Calls

Calls to and from our business line may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. Florida requires the consent of all parties to record a call; if a call is being recorded you will be notified at the start, and you may ask that recording stop or end the call.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who operate our business on our behalf — field service and scheduling software, customer relationship and messaging platforms, phone service, payment processing, and accounting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Manufacturers and distributors when required to register equipment or process a warranty claim.
• Subcontractors we engage to complete part of a job, limited to what they need.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
• Business transfer — if the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
• Advertising platforms — Meta and Google, to measure ad results and reach people who have visited our site, as described under Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies to function correctly and to measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

We also use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, including the Meta Pixel and the Google tag. These tools set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, buttons you click (for example, tapping our phone number), and form activity, so we can measure how well our ads work and show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta and Google may combine this with other information they hold about you, under their own privacy policies.

To measure whether our ads led to booked service, we may also send Meta and Google the email address or phone number of customers who booked with us. This information is encoded (hashed) before it is sent and is used only for ad measurement and audience matching, never sold.

You can manage ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences and adssettings.google.com, opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info, or ask us to stop using your information for advertising by contacting us below.

Data Retention

We keep service and billing records for as long as needed to support warranties, resolve disputes, and meet legal, licensing, and tax requirements — generally at least five years after your last service. We keep marketing contact information until you ask us to remove it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or texts by replying STOP

Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
