Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments, technician arrival, quotes, invoices, and service reminders. If you separately opt in, we may also text you promotional offers.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except subcontractors and vendors that help us deliver the messaging service, and those vendors are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Phone Calls

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who operate our business on our behalf — field service and scheduling software, customer relationship and messaging platforms, phone service, payment processing, and accounting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

• Subcontractors we engage to complete part of a job, limited to what they need.
